We are a local association of design and construction professionals in the West Texas and Southeast New Mexico area. The CSI El Paso Chapter is  chartered by the Construction Specifications Institute to further the purposes to which the Institute is dedicated.  We are committed to offering quality programs and services to meet the needs of its members and the design and construction community.
