Chapter Dues:

Every year the board reviews the chapter dues along with the chapters yearly budget. The dues and the budget are a vital part of the services that we can or cannot provide to you as a member of our chapter.

Our dues during the last few years were $35.00 per year plus $25.00 per meeting. With a total of ten meetings that cost would be an expense of $285.00 per year to you as a member that attends all monthly meetings.

After careful review we have calculated a way that we can offer you a better deal. Our yearly dues will now be $180.00 per year per member (at your individual renewal time). With the $180.00 you will no longer pay for your meeting dinners and you will be entitled to bring two guests per chapter fiscal year (July - June). This will be a savings of $190.00 if you include the dues, dinner meetings, and two guests.

Special accommodations have been made for out of town members should you have any questions please contact one of the board members.

Dinner Meeting Cost Increase Notice:

The Board of Directors FY03 has voted to increase the dinner fee from $25.00 to $30.00 per person effective June 2003. This fee is only for members that are NOT on the current yearly Dues with dinners included. The increase is just a reflection of the economy and the need to keep up with the rising cost of conducting business. The Chapter Board of Directors struggles every year with decisions such as these. It is the intent of the Board of Directors to maintain cost to a minimum.

Should you have any comments or should you have any ideas that would help the Board of Directors reduce cost or increase chapter revenues, we welcome your comments.
